Q. How often does Tesco pay dividends?

Q. What do I do if I move house?

You will need to enclose evidence of your name change, such as a photocopy of your marriage certificate, or a certified copy of your change of name deed. Q. My Tesco share certificate has been lost/stolen. What should I do?
A. Q. Can I elect to reinvest my cash dividends in Tesco ordinary shares?
A. Yes. You will need to complete an application form and send it to Equiniti, Aspect House, Spencer Road, Lancing Business Park, Lancing, West Sussex, BN99 6DA . Alternatively you can join by calling Equiniti on 0870 600 3976.
Q. I haven't received my last dividend cheque who do I need to contact?
A. You will need to let Equiniti know. They will be able to place a stop against your missing dividend cheque, and will arrange to issue a replacement. Q. Can I have my Tesco dividends paid directly into my bank or building society account?
A. Yes you can. You will need to request a BACS dividend mandate form from Equiniti. Q. Will I still receive notification of dividend payments if they are paid direct into my bank or building society account?
A. Yes, a dividend tax voucher will be sent to your registered address when the interim dividend is paid. This tax voucher covers the whole tax year.

A. You should keep your tax vouchers for six years.

Q. How can I sell my Tesco shares?

Q. Can I donate some or all of my Tesco shares to charity?

Q. Will you be having card polling this year like you have in the past?
A. We will be using electronic voting this year as it is more efficient and fairer. We haven't actually used poll cards for a few years now.
Q. Why are you using electronic voting at the AGM?
A. This is now best practice and means that each vote represents the number of shares held.
Q. How will I know if the electronic polling works or not?
A. When you give your voting instructions on the handset, you will see a message confirming that your vote for or against the resolution has been received. The voting process is managed by Equiniti who ensure transparency and auditability.
